At Asias Jewelry, we take great pride in delivering custom rings that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Since each ring is uniquely crafted to commemorate your achievement, we have specific guidelines for refunds, exchanges, and returns. Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once the design and production process has begun. However, if your order has not entered the production phase, cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status of your order.

Exchange Policy We understand that your championship ring is a symbol of a significant accomplishment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with the final product. If you receive your ring and there is an issue with sizing or craftsmanship, we offer a one-time exchange for resizing or adjustments at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The ring must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  • Custom engravings or personalized elements cannot be altered once the ring is finalized, but sizing adjustments can be made.
  • Returns Policy Since our rings are custom-made and tailored to each individual customer, we do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects. If there is a defect in the craftsmanship or materials of your ring, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the item.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • Provide details of your issue, along with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the ring if necessary.
  • Shipping Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item for resizing or repair. If the exchange or return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized rings with specific engraving, logos, or design elements that are approved by the customer prior to production are non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fyd@asiasjewelery.comYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Issue a Return

  1. Fill all the fields of the return application form on our site
  2. Specify the order and item number
  3. Choose the time for courier arrival

Quality Goods Return

For return of the quality goods, we compensate cost of goods only. Delivery charges are not compensated. Same works for a partial return of quality goods – delivery charges also won’t be compensated. You can return an item or entire order if it meets requirements below:
  • Both item(s) and its package should be saved in their oriniginal conditions
  • Confirmation of your ID and the fact of purchase and its conditions (commodity or cash receipt)
  • The return application should be submitted within a 14 days from the purchase.
  • The returning item is not included in the list of non-refundable goods.

Defective Goods Return

You can return defective goods with the full refund of the both order price and shipping expenses. In case of partial return, shipping expenses are not compensated. We consider item defective, if it meets one of the following conditions: items with the wrong article, color, style, quality, size.  Differences in layout and design elements won’t be considered as the indicator of non-quality product. Refunds are made within 5 working days from the moment we receive the returned product, you’ll recieve a relevant email notification.
